The Exactus Story

Exactus was established by Ralph Brewer, a builder with over 25 years experience in the industry.  A qualified carpenter, Ralph has managed home construction from period home renovations to very impressive luxury homes.

The name Exactus was selected as it reflects Ralph’s values.  The definition of exacting is ‘requiring great care, effort, attention’ and ‘requiring great accuracy’.  By giving his personal attention to the construction process and management of trades on your project, Ralph delivers peace of mind and a superior finished home.

Ralph is a Registered Builder in Western Australia and a Gold member of the HIA. Exactus is based in Wembley Downs.
